What’s a Gong Bath? Lying fully clothed on a mat or reclining in a chair, participants are immersed in a field of sound. (Not water) Using gongs, flutes, drums and singing bowls, the session is designed to promote deep relaxation on many levels. Benefits? People often describe being quickly relieved of stress and entering a deep, peaceful state. No experience required.
We will be outdoors for the duration of the experience. Please bring all that you might need to create a comfortable resting place for your soundbath in your safe space. Yoga mat, Blankets, Bolsters, a folding chair, bottle of water, etc.
